Senior Manager Trainer Contact Center work is to establish and support a learning environment, to include staff development in Contact Center fundamentals, managerial competencies, and technical expertise. Senior Manager will oversee the development of all training programs related to Contact Center Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work to establish and support a learning environment, to include staff development in Contact Center fundamentals, managerial competencies, and technical expertise
  • Assess training and development needs and assist with implementation of initiatives to close identified gaps based in part on employees’ goal plans, performance evaluations, skill sets and surveys for Contact Centers.
  • Evaluates both unit and individual performance and feedback to achieve the Contact Center’s/Company overall mission.
  • Supervise the establishment, development and implementation of training policies for Contact Center.
  • Responsible for developing and delivering tailored training programs across the Contact Center including systems, processes, policies and leadership.
  • Analyze performance evaluation results as inputs to succession planning process and possible training opportunities for the contact center staff.
  • Design processes for career development, such as mentorship and cross-trainings for contact center
    staff.
  • Oversight and development of all training programs related to Contact Center Operations.
  • Develop, create and maintain a progressive training curriculum aimed at the consistent and continuous development of the internal training staff as well as use in the education and training of new hires and to up train existing staff of contact centers.
