Sales Executive job is required  in Karachi with an Engineering company. The ideal candidate for the job must be a BBA or BCom with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales whereas fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Sales Executive is responsible for developing effective marketing proposals to promote the products in the best possible and cost effective way to the target market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make weekly visit plans and and visit the retail markets and institutions in accordance with approved weekly visit plan from the supervisor.
  • Penetrate in untouched markets adopting effective selling techniques and telling them about the product qualities and distinctions.
  • Submit a detail visit report along with competitors’ activities after every visit.
  • Regularly achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Effectively achieve targeted sales volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing.
  • Devise retention strategies of existing customers to maintain existing customers’ business and its growth.
  • Enhance growth and maintain business volume according to assigned targets
  • Ensure regular customer follow-up to improve the flow of new orders.
  • Develop and maintain excellent work relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Apply company payment terms with all the customers and ensure timely recovery of credit sales generating smooth revenues for the company.
  • Update customers with new price lists whenever there is any change in company prices.
  • Play a mediator role between the company and customers and resolve if any issues or disputes arise between them.
  • Ensure customers do not violate company policy otherwise immediately inform the supervisor both verbally and in writing.
  • Keep knowledge of competitors’ activities and make sure the supervisor is up to date on new developments.
  • Propose ideas to positively impact the business directly or indirectly in order to achieve sales.
  • Regularly discuss and update the supervisors about targets achieved.
